President's Report

Hello Phoenix NACE!
Wow, what an amazing last two years it has been… All the memories, laughter, joy, friendship and comradery that our Phoenix NACE Chapter shares on a daily basis is nothing short of amazing. You all made it easy to want to be involved. And it has truly been one of my life’s greatest honors to be your President.
Thank you again to my Board for taking all of this on with me. Each and every one of you hold a very special place in my heart. And Kellie, you my friend are going to do such amazing things! Thank you for being a constant source of support and guidance. This Chapter is in such great hands!!
In the Spirit of this Season of Giving, I just want to take a moment and say how thankful I am to have all of you in my life. I am immeasurably grateful for my NACE Family, and hope you all had a wonderful holiday with your friends and families and looking forward to a wonderful New Year!
Cheers to you all!

Who knew that the 'Camp NACE Gala' Would be so  *Glamporous?

The beautiful crystal chandeliers and marble floors of Chateau Luxe were just the place to go Glamping for the Annual Phoenix NACE Gala and Awards Banquet.

Members and guests were greeted with a champagne wall  and had the opportunity to ride a horse just like at camp!

There were passed appetizers, games and crafts in the lobby and a fabulous silent auction benefitting NACE Foundation and our local Non-profit  'Champ'

On to the Ballroom where dinner and Awards was held. But not just dinner and awards! Spectacular teepees and campfires abounded and a hylarious game of Heads or Tails brought in more donations for our fundraiser.

Take a look at all of the amazing NACE Gala Photos

Food and Wine Pairing

The November Phoenix NACE meeting began with cocktails in the lobby
reception area. There were butler passed Boursin stuffed mushrooms and
Caprese skewers along with very nice, large spread of roasted
vegetables, bacon crumble, hummus and ranch dip, all very artfully

The Love Spell signature cocktail was a delightful combination of One
Hope Rose, ADA Lovelace Gin, Elderflower Liqueur, Fresh Lemon, Damian
Tea, Hibiscus Flower & Rosemary

The conversations seemed extra lively and folks were in a festive mood,
which continued as we moved into the ballroom for dinner and the

Salad was local spring mix, topped with Chardonnay poached pear,
walnuts, feta and a Greek vinaigrette. It was paired with One Hope

A super delicious Pork Osso Buco was the centerpiece of the entree. That
was accompanied by mushroom risotto and grilled asparagus. It was paired
with One Hope Cabernet.

Dessert arrived in the form of a Passion fruit crepe brûlée -yum! It was
paired with One Hope Sparkling

The Spirit of NACE was awarded to Jerry Topete, who though fairly new to
NACE has become an outspoken champion of our association!

This meeting was our installation of the new board as well. In the same
breath I am sad that Allison Chapin has completed her term and excited
to see and be part of  Kellie Mendoza’s time at the helm of Phoenix
NACE. A HUGE thank you to all who have donated their time and talents to
steer the Phoenix NACE Chapter and a big welcome to all the incoming
